These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of Dani. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Dani is not directed at children under 13.
Dani provides real-time voice translation for calls between users, and a Solo practice mode. Translation is produced by automated AI systems and may contain errors; it is provided on an "as is" basis and should not be relied on for critical, legal, medical, or emergency communication.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. One active session per account is permitted. You may delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.
You agree not to use Dani to create, share, or transmit content that is, or to behave in a way that is:
You can block and report other users from within the app. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules, and will act on valid legal orders as required.
Calls and transcripts are communications between you and the people you contact. You are responsible for what you say and share. Dani does not monitor call content, but responds to reports and lawful requests.
Dani is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for errors in translation. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Complaints may be raised with our Grievance Officer (details in the Privacy Policy); we acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
