Dani — Delete your account & data

Applies to the Dani Android app (com.dani.translator)

You can delete your Dani account and personal data at any time. There are two ways:

Option A — In the app

1. Open Dani and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and associated data are deleted immediately, and any residual copies are removed within 30 days.

Option B — By email

Email danivoiceapp@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete your data within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, display name)
• Your contacts, presence, and preferred language
• Your device push tokens
• Blocks and reports associated with your account

Call audio is never stored on our servers, so there is nothing to delete there. Transcripts you downloaded are stored only on your own device and are not affected by account deletion — you control those files.

Retention

We retain no personal data after deletion, except where retention is required by law.
