Dani — Privacy Policy

Dani is a real-time voice translation app. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, the legal basis, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you create an account and agree to this policy and our Terms of Service. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights), though some features will stop working without the data they need.

The service providers above operate servers outside India (primarily the United States), so your data is transferred and processed outside India. We rely on your consent and the providers' own safeguards for this transfer.

7. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, or when the purpose is served, we erase your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Dani is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected users without undue delay.
